1. All orders are subject to final confirmation and acceptance by Apparel X Pvt Ltd.

2. Product specifications, colors, and measurements shall be confirmed before production.

3. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, order quantity, and market conditions.

4. Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to production, shipping, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment terms shall be as agreed in the Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, or Sales Contract.

6. Claims regarding quality, quantity, or shipment discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

7. Apparel X Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify product specifications to improve quality and performance without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property, trademarks, logos, designs, and confidential information shared by buyers shall remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Force majeure events, including natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, or transportation disruptions, shall relieve both parties from liability for delays or non-performance.

10. All business transactions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
